HALOW provides an excellent opportunity to spend time at one of Scottish Scouting’s national centres while relaxing, meeting other leaders, sharing ideas and experiences.
In addition to the chance to try out some of the centre’s activities, there will be the chance to develop skills, catch up on training and get some answers to Scouting questions of all kinds.
