Scottish Headquarters is not just a building but a team of volunteers and staff who work together to add value and support to the many hundreds of Scout Groups that operate Scouting from Shetland to the Borders and from coast to coast.
The Scottish team is led by The Chief Commissioner of Scotland who is appointed by UK Headquarters to oversee the development of Scouting in Scotland.
The Commissioner is supported by a team of volunteers who have specific skills and knowledge in a wide variety of areas.
These skills ensure that the best possible support is given to the many thousands of volunteers across the country.
The secretariat is managed by The Chief Executive and a small team of professional staff who work in support of the strategic vision of The Scottish Council.
Documents produced by the secretariat are listed for download on this page.
