Adult Recruitment

If you are involved in Scouting at any level, you may be keen to get extra adult help to allow more young people in your local community to enjoy the adventure of Scouting.

UK Scout Headquarters has some in-depth advice on recruiting adult volunteers, while a number of promotional resources focused on adult recruitment are also available from the Scout Information Centre.

Scottish Headquarters also has resources to help with recruiting adults into Scouting.
The Scouts Scotland trailer is a great resource to support recruitment. It provides a great opportunity to interact with adults and young people alike and is packed full of great promotional material. The trailer comes with a TV/DVD player, leaflets aimed at adults and young people and loads more promotional material to give away at local recruitment events.
