Its an old adage, but very true, especially in Scouting. Whether planning a camp or a future programme, you need simple and realistic targets to ensure success.
The Development Planning Toolkit is a series of nine planning aids for use across the movement to help members analyse the past and plan for the future. Whilst anyone may use the documents, it may be helpful to enlist the support of an external facilitator.
