An update on upcoming Scout Section events from George Walker, SHQ Commissioner (Scouts):
National Camping Competition
The Zonal Qualifiers will take place at Auchengillan, near Glasgow, and Templars Park, near Aberdeen, over the weekend 20-21 June.
It is also hoped that we will have an event in Highlands and Islands Region, and Scout Leaders and ADC (Scouts) from the Region will have an opportunity to take part in a questionaire shortly to identify if this can be achieved.
The Final will take place at Meggernie National Activity Centre over the weekend 4-6 September.
Districts will receive information within the next fortnight, however please put the dates in your diary now.
Adventure Challenge Trophy - The Glens Challenge
The dates for this year's Adventure Challenge Trophy (Glens Challenge) will take place at the Jock Neish Scouting Centre, Tannadice, near Forfar, over the weekend 25-27 September.
