Super Trooper - a new initiative for Scouts

The Scout Support Team are pleased to announce the launch of a new programme initiative - Super Trooper.

Super Trooper is designed to promote activity within the Scout Troop as part of the Balanced Programme.
Each quarter a number of challenges will be posted on the Scout Section pages of the website which will give the Scouts within your Troop a challenging and exciting programme opportunity.

We are very clear that this event is geared to take place over and above anything you are currently doing but will hopefully allow different areas of the Balanced Programme to be completed in a new and interesting way.

We hope that Super Trooper will:

• Keep the Troop active together through the year.
• Raise the profile of the Scout Section through positive media/publicity.
• Increase/complement recruitment activities for Scouts and Adult Support.
• Complement the Scout Section Balanced Programme, Challenge Awards, Activity Badges and other awards (e.g. Zodiac Award).
