The Change Team working at Scottish Headquarters committed to creating a document that would support the process of change across the country.
Since September the team have been working hard to produce material that will assist Districts and Areas and give sound advice about what needs to be done to achieve the objective in the timeframe.
The Restructuring Guidance Document has been produced to support Regional Commissioners in the process of moving towards our new structure in April 2008 and a full copy is available here to view.
