New rules for a new Scout operating Structure in Scotland.
Scottish Variations from POR, the Scout Association rules that apply specifically in Scotland, have been updated to reflect the new District and Region structure for Scouting in Scotland from 1st April 2008. This version also incorporates updates to reflect Scottish legislation, most particularly with respect to charity law and related financial reporting requirements.
These Variations form an integral component of POR applying in Scotland.
