The course is laid out in the woods to the south of the centre, and there are lots of different obstacles to negotiate. The course is a team event designed to encourage group bonding and team building.

Low ropes
This is an arial assault course which is designed to test balance and team work. You have to work your way round the course without touching the ground, with the help of your team mates. It's only 14 inches from the ground so you can take part even if you don't like heights!
