Backwood cooking
This is a 'back to basics' activity which has grown in popularity since the Ray Mears TV show was broadcast.
We can provide an instructor or you can self supervise. Bring your own ingredients.

Orienteering
A very simple course ideal for first time orienteers. Follow the course, picking up the letters as as you go, then work out the well known phrase when you get back to the start.
The course takes you all round Fordell.

Pioneering
Pioneering is a traditional Scout skill. We have a good supply of timber and ropes.
This is a self supervised activity but must be controlled under the rules laid down by the Scout Association.
