Abseiling
Try a self controlled descent on our abseil platform. You will be under the supervision of a qualified member of staff and all safety equipment is supplied.
Maximum group size: 12.

Climbing
Try out the six climbs on our climbing tower. From the warm up wall to the overhang there is a climb to challenge everyone. The climbs are all 10 metres high and are supervised by a qualified member of staff. All safety equipment is supplied.

Crate climbing
This is a great challenge for testing your balance and nerve. The challenge is to climb as high as you can up a stack of crates - how high can you go?

Jacob's Ladder
A high level challenge for older Scouts onwards. The aim of the task is to get your team as high up the ladder as you can without falling off. The rungs get further apart the higher you climb. Certainly not for the faint-hearted!
All safety equipment is provided as well as supervision by a centre qualified instructor.
2 hour session.
Traversing Wall
Both sides of the Wet Weather Hall are laid out to provide a challenging climbing experience for both Beavers and Cubs. For Scouts and Explorers it's even more difficult as the foot and hand holds are close together.
Two supervisers are required if you want to use both sides of the Hall. Safety matting and helmets are supplied.

Age range: 6 and over.
Zip line
Why not test your nerve on our zip line? This is an activity for Explorer sections onwards. Climb the 35ft pole up to the launching platform, count to 3 then zip down the 150m gravity broken zip wire.
All safety equipment is provided as well as a full safety brief and supervision from our qualified centre instructors.
