Programme and Development Officer
Starting Salary range: £24,000 - £27,000
As part of the staff and senior volunteer team at Scouts Scotland you will play a major role in assisting Scottish Headquarters to realise key programme, development and growth objectives. You will contribute towards the development and delivery of quality support services for c. 44,000 adult volunteers and youth members.
Experience in a volunteer leadership role within Scouting is essential along with excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills, flair and initiative; you must be able to interact positively with adults and young people.
