Scotland has recently run its first Training Course for District Explorer Scout Commissioners. One of the comments made by the participants was that very few Areas have started to offer training for Explorer Scout Leaders. Do you think that we need to offer some central courses to ensure that the Leaders in our new Section get support to do their job.
